AYNHOE PARK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER – R&D

This Aynhoe Park wedding had me smiling like a cheshire cat ALL. DAY. LONG. I don’t even know where to begin in telling you the story of Rose & David’s Aynhoe Park wedding.

Let me start by telling you that this wedding was a visual feast from start to finish. The flowers, the dress, the make up, the hair and the fire-eating burlesque dancers. Every ounce of this incredible day had been planned to absolute perfection and it was sincerely a pleasure to be part of it. I must applaud the truly talented Rebecca Aubrey-Fletcher of Isobel Weddings for organising this wedding in the incredibly short period of 3 months. How she did it I will never know.

I arrived on the morning to spend time with David and his friends who were clay pigeon shooting on the lawn. David was in great spirits and the fun continued inside with cocktail making with the very talented Aynhoe Park mixologists. Upstairs Rose and her girlfriends were getting ready (and every now and then peeking outside!) Rose’s look was truly stunning. Her Phillipa Lepley wedding dress matched her long red curls and her stunning red lips, created by Claire of Mach Management. Absolute bridal perfection.

The ceremony was perfect. A few tears, lots of laughs and a beautiful candle lighting ceremony to celebrate the coming together of a family. Everything a wedding ceremony should be.

After the I do’s, guests were treated to a variety of delicious food on the lawn, including a sushi bar and some fantasticly pretty cocktails. I was able to borrow Rose and David away for some photos which was an absolute joy to shoot. The stunning floral installation by Mathew Taylor and his team at Fabulous Flowers was the perfect backdrop.

Rose and David, I am so happy that you picked me to photograph your wedding. Every moment was a pleasure and I hope you will treasure these photos for many years to come. Thank you to you and your lovely friends and family for their unbelievable warmth and hospitality. I hope Bora Bora was everything and more.
