Aynhoe Park is a Grade I listed seventeenth century country house on the Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire border, just 1 hour from London and my home county of Buckinghamshire. The house itself has many wonderfully decorated rooms and offers a fabulous mix of old manor house and contemporary fine art.
It’s one of those places that whatever anyone tells you about it, you won’t believe it until you see for yourself. As a photographer it was on my list of places to shoot at and I have been fortunate enough to do so. No two events are the same at Aynhoe Park. Sculptures and stuffed animals switch places as if by magic to offer a whole new perspective of what can only be described as a wonderland.
If you are a creative, fun, modern yet classic kind of couple then Aynhoe Park will suit you well. It’s kind of bonkers and as long as you and your party can match that, it really is a dream venue. I love photographing there and have included some recent wedding photographs of Aynhoe Park below for you to have a peek.
